The numbers of lambs

Last week was one of the EU and the World Bank-organized donor conference for Georgia to end on the aggressor in August taxpayer funds in the amount of 3.4 billion euros as reconstruction aid was awarded. Outrageous is of course not the fact itself that the ordinary people in Georgia, live before the war already under poor conditions, can now overcome the devastation of war again. Far more serious is the manner in which this money was handed over to the Georgian state. At the donors conference was not the slightest criticism heard at the Georgian president, on the 8th with his attack on the sleeping capital of South Ossetia in the night responsibility to August of this war with over a thousand victims and billions in damage has.
