Since we obviously can not do without electricity - we can deal only sparingly so as, in a subsequent episode more - have the opportunity to purchase electricity, which is connected with no or very little CO2 release. This is the so-called green power.
Most citizens do know that there are green and many of them would refer him also, but there is still some uncertainty on what one gets involved when one uses this. Nobody needs to fear, suddenly would be without electricity, because the change "in time" works or they are afraid that not enough green electricity would be available to meet demand.
Switching to green power is a mere formality. The new provider has terminated the contract with former suppliers and green electricity supply generally starts in the next month.
